Summer

EP took today off his books & this afternoon we headed out on our bikes. It rained heavily overnight & the weather was much fresher today which was a bit of a relief. In fact there was a heavy shower just as we were about to head out but thankfully it didn't last long & we had a lovely couple of hours cycling locally around the lanes. This was the view across one of the fields we passed, taken on my phone. Many of the farmers have been busy harvesting which seems a little earlier than usual. I expect the good weather has helped bring things along.
