Lucky Dip

Just managed to squeeze this one into Friday: I arrived home just before midnight.

I'd been at a farewell celebration for one of my dear friends of many years standing. She feels it time for a change of direction in her career.

Anyway, she brought along a 'lucky dip' bag of gifts for the rest of us. And from which we each picked a wrapped item. Every gift had a different quote, and you can see mine above.

"Friends are born, not made."

Upon reflection, there's a bit more in this than initially meets the eye.
