Disappointing as the weather today has been , there is always a silver lining. Wet (Sun)days are great for catching up on paper which I have been doing since first thing and haven't quite finished yet.

But I took a moment to celebrate the grapes , now turned a dark purple and becoming sweet. We are both thrilled to have nursed the vine in the conservatory through all its near death experiences to get to this stage, 8 summers on.
