Celebrations

We've just finished the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan and so there are hari raya celebrations going on. In addition it is 8 months after Chinese New Year and so lots if the Chinese community are burning prayer papers and incense sticks as it's the start of the month when they believe their dead come back to visit them so we think these are offerings to the spirits.

If you look closely you will also see a small child on the motorbike with no helmet on. Still a scary sight.
