The Birds

Riding down the road through the pastures and swamp I spotted out of the corner of my eye a flock of birds rising up. By the time I got my car pulled over and stopped they had all settled and I couldn't see any of them, so I waited. They honored me with another small rising up and this is what I managed to capture. Such a pretty site. Zooming in on the computer I could see different birds. There's wood storks, white heron, ibis, egrets and I think a roseate spoonbill because I see pink wings but that could be the sun. Nice start to my day of school clothes shopping for the grandkids.

It was a good day all the way around.
