Thistles

Went for a walk in the Pentland Hills up to the Glencorse Reservoir. We were surprised to see the water level so low, but found out later that there is work being down at one of the damns. I took this photo as we were heading back down. I really liked this image of the thistles going to seed. There is so much beauty in nature.
