Building Elements Number 79......Security fencing

'Tis just a quick bottom-of-the-street blip this morning because I noticed that the demolition contractors (not very substantial, looks a bit femmer to me) fencing has gone up around the derelict pub on the sea front sometime over the last few days......could this mean that work MIGHT be starting soon?
