Ride London 100

Met up with my son in Surrey today, he cycled over from Deptford to see us - part of his preparation for the Ride London 100 race which he is taking part in on Sunday 10th August.
His preparation has included a major crash where he was quite badly injured, but is recovering well with just the scars to remind us.

He is raising money for the stroke association - both his grandfathers suffered a stroke one has now died and the other unable to resume his active life being unable to walk or use his right arm.
He completed a ride via Box Hill on his return journey - completing 91 miles in temperatures of 32 degrees.. I am so proud of him..
