Day 3 - Lunch Break At Sea

Today I was out at sea on a an ALB doing various exercises with a stop for lunch. It was quite an odd experience seeing so many different classes of lifeboat whizzing around doing their own exercises. Absolutely baking hot with clear blue skies and not a breath of wind – must learn to apply sun cream better as I ended up a tad pink.
This picture was taken during out lunch break and was of a yacht that I thought looked remarkably similar to Silurian (HWDT’s research yatch) and also shows that it wasn’t a bad spot to pick for a picnic 
