It's always made me smile.

The fact that potato chip vendors like to warn you that they are using new potatoes.

It happens every year, it has to! Why would we be surprised?

It's especially amusing when the warning is on the 'Specials' board of a swankie restaurant, giving the punters the chance to have boiled!!
