Appreciation

A puppy - who has been here for a whole week! - and a copy of Kate Rusby's newest CD delivered this morning. To be fair Bailey's appreciation was shown by chewing the corner of the CD but I am sure he will be a fan before very long. I intend to have it on repeat for the foreseeable future. More visitors this morning to appreciate his cuteness but one visitor will have to wait until he's a bit older to make his acquaintance.

It has been the hottest of days today so more wandering on the grass for him whilst I did some very minimal gardening. He is also getting used to napping in his crate - though he is either being placed or encouraged / tricked with a treat as opposed to choosing to go in at the moment. In fact, we might both have had a nap this afternoon...
