Blood Pressure up?

My mother did a great deal of work with the Red Cross (she was honoured with becoming a Life Member for her services). During that time she must have acquired this sphygmomanometer.

I inherited my high blood pressure from her - she used an electronic wrist meter to check hers, I think trying to do your own on one of these would be close to impossible.
