Our Sincere Apologies

Today I received an empty/opened envelope in a plastic bag from Royal Mail offering their apologies that my item wasn't in the best of condition and to let them know if anything is missing.....

Erm, yes, it's an empty envelope so most definitely something is missing - now need to try & find out who sent me something and what it was....
