Commonwealth Games Day 4

Today was my day off as the athletics start tomorrow, oooh can't wait!

I was taken out today by a relative that I am staying with, they have very kindly put me up and I have a 5 minute walk to the stadium, how lucky am I, I count myself very lucky for the generosity of these people who upto last month had never met me!

We went to the Queen Elizabeth park where the Go Ape is in Aberfoyle. This was one of the statues on one of the trails that we did. Once we had finished we went into the visitors centre had a coffee and a very nice piece of lemon cake!!

Had a lovely day, now watching the squash and wishing I could play half as well as these guys!
