Borough Market

A visit to Borough Market today. I haven't been to London for ages and hadn't realised the Shard was so close, so captured that in the photo as well. A lovely time strolling round the market, lovely fresh food and packed with people on a very hot day. The street opposite has Neal's Yard Cheeses and an interesting shop, Aesop, selling Aussie body products, irresistable to an aromatherapist. After that, a trip to my favourite bookshop, Hatchards, on Piccadilly for a browse, so a good day all round.
