Swim before work

A different day and a different lake, today a shallow lake near Bristol that was 24 degrees, it felt lovely and an ideal temp for my first lake swim without a wetsuit. Needing to get used to swimming with out my wetsuit, it's all psychological I swim in the pool without a wetsuit but swim in a lake with one.

It went well 1800meters done but slower than normal which is usual without the buoyancy and streamlining of the wetsuit.
