Frome 10km selfie

Today's Frome 10km was tough in the heat, when I got to the point where the half marathon runners had to go one way I was really glad to be doing the 10km route! Local residents out with hosepipes and sprinklers and cold wet sponges to cool the runners and it was much appreciated.

Managed a sprint finish, but the hills got me and I went out two quick 8min 30sec mileing for the first two miles, but in the end finished in 1hr 1min.

Then in the afternoon it was off for 34miles on the bike.
