New Laptop

One of the reasons I fell behind with my Blips was I got my new laptop and have been spending some time setting it up and getting everything working. It came with Windows 8, which had over 100 Windows updates, I then installed Windows 8.1 on it which took ages (not to mention failures and re-tries). I then installed some of my usual software and then VirtualBox which I installed Linux Mint on and copied over a bunch of my php scripts and MySQL database, it didn't run that well so I then installed Ubuntu server (no GUI) which is going better, although a bunch of my code has not been working properly. At some point my database got mixed up between being ANSI (using UTF-8 encoded text) and UTF-8 character set, so I've been manually fixing it so it is all ANSI with encoded UTF-8 text.
