Boeuf Bourgignon
My nice Maroccan butcher has gone south for a month in Meknes, so I stocked up my freezer - but I kept back a couple of decent chunks of shin beef.
Don't normally do much in the way of research, preferring to improvise. This time however out of curiosity, I got out my mother's old collection of recipes & came up with this...
Bless her - she's stuck in a bouillon cube! Might dispense with that & I'll up the garlic considerably ;o)
