Time for Tea

There are some nicely decorated shops at the west end of Stokesley's High Street. This is Lottie's Tea Room.

But I do wonder how long some of them will last especially if planning goes through for an out of town supermarket. There is not so much footfall at this end of the town and I notice that one of the small shops which only opened a year or so ago already seems to be closed.
