As the HMS Queen Elizabeth was moved out of dry dock to allow the HMS Prince of Wales to be built, I'm assuming these are some of it coming along to be put together at Rosyth Dockyard. If you go large, you should be able to see people on the barge, although they're a bit wavy because of the heat haze.
