Getting ever nearer

Went to see Julia, the DDO, today. I'm definitely being treated as stipendiary and they've even started looking for title posts. When I mentioned disability she was really keen to get that included in my title and maybe even the diocese to pay for me to learn to sign. Its a relief to know we're all singing from the same hymn sheet.
