Scorcher

Admittedly today's weather isn't quite as hot as yesterday but it's still sitting around 26-27C. Hot for Scotland's summers.

The weather forecast doesn't look as great over the next week so I thought today was as good a day as any to have an ice cream from "Aunty Betty's" which is based along the seafront in Stonehaven (a town 10 miles south of Aberdeen).

I honestly recommend heading past this place to check out the vast variety of locally made ice creams that are for sale. The icecream shop is always busy. It also sits next door to a fish and chip shop that recently won the award of being the best fish and chip shop in the UK.

Due to the temperature I had to clean up the melting ice cream before I could photograph it. So this isn't as good looking as the one I was presented with.
