Japanese Fighting Fish

This is Horatio - my granddaughter named him. I got him a month of so ago and was going to bring him into the new office, but I liked seeing him so much at home, I changed my mind.

They like a small environment and need no filter on their tank to survive. Their natural habitats are not very clean. The males must live alone. They can live with a female, but if babies are born they will eat them. If they live with another male they will fight to the death. Intriguing fish.
