Emotion

Today was the Club Cross Country Championships, Jessica ran in the U14 Girls,Ophelia in the u16 Girls and Thomas in the u14 Boys each winning their respective Grades. A lovely warm 14 deg C at Temuka and not a lot of soft ground on the course. Sam ran very well today with I think some exciting performances to come,Sam was suffering from what was thought to be a virus but turned out to be a low Thyroid Count which meant his bodies supercharger was not supercharging, 5 days into treatment Sam was flying and he is not even 100% yet. This image is of Archie who won the U10 Boys grade today and I think he may have been a little tired and emotional after his very hard run and great effort, this is just an ideal time with the Commonwealth Games on because in 1974 at the Christchurch Commonwealth Games his Great Uncle Dick Tayler won the 10,000 metres
