hidden heron

The heron obviously isn't hiding, but rather this is as good as it got today with regards to photographing this beautiful being!

I just finished two weeks at my new full-time job and it is difficult being at a new place, but this will hopefully turn out to be a good change for me. A former co-worker once told me that "I won't know until I know" and this applies to so many things in life. I can't fast-forward to six months from now to see whether or not the job is a good fit (well, that would be January and there are good reasons for not wanting that time of year). So in the meantime I will try to do my best at this job without stressing out too much.
