Breakfast Blueberries

I have to do battle with the young blackbird that ate all the mahonia berries to get my share of the blueberries at breakfast time - the trouble is he gets up much earlier than I do!! ;-))
In previous years this bush wasn't touched at all by the birds but this year I'm struggling to get my share of the bounty. I guess that's the price you pay for encouraging the birds to visit the garden :-))

It's still too hot for me and I have no enthusiasm for anything, I'm thinking of moving to Siberia ;-))
