After a long hard day sitting in the sun reading (and forgetting to go into school to sort the classroom), Cathie, Jewelz and I headed out to Burnsall for a picnic tea!
Chicken legs, cheese bread, plums, cherries and brownies with citrus punch. Mmmm.
It was still quite busy when we got there with little family groups dotted around enjoying the evening. One ingenious dad had attached a little body board to the tow hitch of his car and his sons were having a great time being towed around the field. I think dad was quite enjoying it too!
It was beautiful!
This is what the summer holidays are ment to be like! :)

We had lots of butterfly visits into our house today. As I would coax one out another would come in! I gave up in the end and left them to find the open door by themselves!! :)
