Culter in Bloom

This tonight on the way home through PeterCulter. After a very busy day at work, having been out of the office over the last two days.

From Culter in bloom.

The aim is to improve the quality of life in PeterCulter, by planting flowers, bulbs and shrubs in public areas. Also by encouraging and helping residents and local businesses to do the same on their property. Also by making other environmental improvements.

There motto is "Planting pride in the community".

The Culter in Bloom team believe that making Culter more beautiful brings benefits for residents, visitors and businesses. Showing pride in the community also deters and combats petty crime and vandalism by proving that we care about our environment. They work closely with Aberdeen City Council – and complement the work they do – they don't replace it!
