Liverpool Giants

We had no idea when we planned this trip that there would be a giants puppet parade around the streets of Liverpool. In soaring temperatures thousands of people lined the streets to see the spectacle. Having walked for a couple of hours Grandma resorted to her chair for the last stage of the journey before her afternoon siesta. More pictures here
