Life blood

Today's donation was so straight forward - a breeze even.
Last time was toe-curling agony. I knew it shouldn't have been but I just thought I'd pray through it.

When you donate every 3 months, time seems flighty. My next donation is at the end of October. Summer and holiday will be well over and forgotten by then but it's only 3 months.
