That one please

After work, I headed back through in Glasgow to go to a hockey match with my sis as part of the Commonwealth Games. T & T were soundly beaten by the English but their no 7 played a blinder. The city was buzzing, everyone enjoying the sunshine, and the walk along the Clyde to the far end of Glasgow Green was gorgeous. It was a lovely evening and good to spend it with my sister.

The last time I was in Glasgow Green proper, I had been marching against the war in Iraq. On the way back from Haymarket to pick up my bike from the office, I bumped into Frank who was returning home from Palestine demo meeting. He teased me in his usual kindly way.
