Harvest time is coming soon...

After my swim today I was determined to take a landscape image for my blip though I was unsure what would be feasible as the haar was still hanging about. As I drove uphill towards the village of Spott I noticed that the cereal crops were ripening fast. I stopped where there was a corn filed on one side of the road and a wheat field on the other side. Eventually the cornfield became my main subject as it had the backdrop of Doon Hill though this was still slightly shrouded in mist.

As I was returning home I noticed the haar swirling around Dunbar Church and thought that might also have made an interesting image but though I drove around for some time I could not find a good viewpoint and had to ditch that idea. Maybe something for the future.
