A much more normal day than Thursday.

As the weather was beautiful, I made a sandwich for lunch and went over to Dysart Harbour to eat it.

Hardly a breath of wind. So rare in Scotland.

Lots of people fishing off the breakwater.

After 6 days away, I really appreciated being by the sea again. The soul is almost restored after yesterday's tricky episodes.
