Mallard ducks

This morning I went back to Gunknowe Loch to photograph what I saw as I drove past yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately, there was nothing to be seen but it was a lovely still morning and I got lots of shots of the swans and ducks. I also stopped on the way home and this was lying in the water but nothing was happening!

Tomorrow I may get up and go to the Border Union Show at Kelso if it's not too sunny. The forecast is for a warm but cloudy day so that should be an improvement on the last few weeks.
