Getting ready

Getting ready for P's party today. Shopping this morning for all the food and then had a long list of things to do once we got home.

At 12 o'clock however the in laws arrived ready for some baby sitting. Mr J then whisked me away for lunch at a very nice Italian restaurant. Whoever said romance was dead?! We had a nice table by the window and we had good natter as we watched the world go by. I was even a bit daring and ordered the crab linguine, not something I would normally order, but it was delicious.

When we arrived back home it was all hands on deck to get things done. The ladies made 100's of sandwiches and sausage rolls and the men put together a really rather large slide and trampoline.

I'm getting excited now.....
