Dr. Seuss

I had such a good day today. It began with a trip to the Natural History Museum with Katelynn and Shelby which was typically awesome. To be honest, the building itself is a work of art and worth visiting even if museums aren't your thing! After a couple of hours of marvelling at all the exhibitions, we went and had sushi for lunch. At this point we went our separate ways as the girls were headed to Oxford Street to do some shopping but I wanted to wander back to London Bridge and hunt down a few more Books About Town benches. I crossed quite a few more off the list including Paddington Bear, Great Expectations, Discworld and Through the Looking Glass. This photo, however, was my favourite as the vibrant colours of Dr Seuss stood out brightly against the gloomy London backdrop.

I also stumbled across Borough Market on my adventuring and so treated myself to a marinated lamb roll which I can only describe as mind blowingly delicious.
