Swiss Bridge

One of the many surprising features of the Follies at Hawkstone Park - a hidden gem amongst local days out with a selection of 18th century novelty architecture arranged on a hilltop walking route that probably isn't as far, as the crow flies, as it seems but takes in a gorge, a mine, this bridge, a tall Nelson-style column with spiral stairs to climb inside it, lots of rocks and cliffs and plenty of good views across the surrounding countryside.
