Fabulous day today. Set off early in the morning with a guide and climbed Ntchisi mountain. The guide was 72 years old and such a fit and energetic man - full of stories from the days when Malawi was colonised and then through the various governments since. When we came down he invited me to see his coffee farm in the afternoon - most impressive! Then his lovely family welcomed me to their home and we spent some time laughing and telling more stories!

Back to the lodge in the evening for wonderful food and more laughter!
