A whiteness of swans
So there you go, another bird, when flying, that is collectively called 'a wedge' ... who knew?
This may be worth a squint in large.
These swans are the latest visitors in large numbers, just to the left of this group was another whiteness and on the other side of the lake, yet another - it doesn't rain it pours...
Talking of which, we had a humungous storm this morning and it has rained most of the day, interspersed with burning hot sunshine.
It's always the same when the temperature gets to 35°c+, as it did yesterday, mega storms ...
The Tour de France was in the rain all day, it's now sunny and warm :/
So it's getting exciting, a possibility, if they do a good time trial tomorrow, of French 2nd and 3rd in the Tour - fingers crossed...
Hoping to get some video tomorrow of some wildlife, I have my eyepiece, which I hope helps make it easier than looking at the screen and a super stable new tripod, which should make panning easier - just need to arrange the wildlife to turn up now ...
