I went to a seminar by wildlife photographer, Chris Weston this evening.

One key piece of advice he gave was to think of a caption that describes what's in your frame before taking the shot. If it's simply describing the object rather than telling a story, don't bother.

In this photo I guess the caption is 'Sleepy men and attentive women' however I have to admit making that up afterwards!
