The Gardenia in full flower.
It is 25 degrees here in Rishton on 25th July and really gorgeous summer weather.
I have done a few housework tasks, washing, fed Arthur, washed the doorstep and been on a lovely blipwalk.
The Gardenia deserved another blip as it has produced so many lovely flowers and it is a source of delight.
I included Style magazine in the shot, as I will be buying the new edition soon and scrapbooking some of the ideas in this copy that I may try out.
Maria is going to make some bunting for her student house in York.
Have a splendid day blipper friends and spread the Summer joy.
Today's Quote:
A verse from God's Garden.
"The kiss of the sun for pardon,
The song of the birds for mirth,
One is nearer God's heart in a garden,
Than anywhere else on earth."
Dorothy Frances Gurney.
This is just one of five verses, and I saw it in a garden today on a pretty stone bird bath.
