The Dark Side

I was a little sceptical this morning after being told that Cardrona was on hold due to high winds.

So the team decided to head over to Queenstown and ski Coronet Peak. Another reminder to leave judgement until the task was completed.

And yes I was pleasantly surprised with a great amount of skiable terrain available due to copious amounts of snow making equipment and natural snow.
