A strange day today. My sister and bil have now gone home some 24 hours after arriving. My 87 year old mother was taken into hospital this afternoon and they wanted to be there to visit her in the morning and take care of things. So lots and lots of phone calls with carers, family and doctors today. Anyhow we did spend a while sitting in the garden watching the birds on the feeders and had lunch on the Solway marsh. The tide had just started to go out so Misty was able to have her paddle. Hopefully now she's in the hospital they can sort out her medical issues.

Took Misty to Bowness on Solway for the sunset. There were a couple of people fishing with haaf nets, you can just about see them! Have just backblipped yesterday's entry.
