Day 22 - Memorial

I saw this next to the train tracks. I just wish I had less harsh lighting.. Man if only it was raining again haha that would have been perfect! Oh well. Also, still need to get that lens cleaner. As you can see. Does someone know if that's because of dirt? I really am not sure what it is. Anyoneee??
