Not On Your Diet

The wife and I have cut the carbs and sugar to a bare minimum. We've been reading the boxes at the grocery. You can usually find the same item with much less of the above if you try hard enough. I've lost about 5lbs so far. I'm also starting to work out. I have these TieBo DVD's and I did this a couple of years ago and was just showing some progress when I stopped. So I'm determined to turn things around before it's too late for me!
