Keeping Cool

Seems I may have sold my house in one!!. I negotiated an offer with the 1st viewer, so after a discussion with the Estate Agent this morning, I agreed to the amended offer. House is off the Market. The woman wanting to buy already has a Mortgage and is renting. Can it really be that simple!!.

So keeping cool all round folks.
