Mum's favourite.

Mum was a great gardener and camellias were her favourites. I think they are native to the highlands of India and they certainly thrive in the New Zealand climate.As a child I can remember helping Mum plant camellias in new areas of garden she was creating. Of course we also had a number of them at our farm. Here we don't have many flowering plants ,but we do have a few camellias to help brighten our winter and keep reminding me of Mum.
