Beachy

Enjoying our day at the beach, with a long walk through the local marshes, an incursion at the beach (no swimming for me: I need the water temperature to be bath-like before I get in!) and a session of zumba by the water.

I burned enough calories to have earned me an extra scoop of ice cream to top off the day :)
