Where the what now. . . .?

This has been painstakingly attached to the building, formerly part of our premises now student accommodation, across from work. I have no idea why. I'm fairly sure I don't care. I suppose "where the students live" sounds uninspiring. "Where the money comes rolling in" a little cynical. "Where the Histology lab was" is descriptive but less poetic sounding. Perhaps there is a massive heart in the foyer, pumping away, behind glass. Probably not.
